I founded the company in 1972 in one of the regions in Italy with the greatest number of traditional food products.
I started the business in the so-called "food-valley", in the Parma hills, specializing in the manufacturing of equipment for the food industry, with a focus on ham processing machinery.
I've always been driven by a desire to search every day for new ideas, keeping constantly up-to-date on the latest technology in order to create increasingly sophisticated machinery.
